What happened: Our integration platform was temporarily unable to save the data that tracks whether a survey has already been sent for conversations or tickets, resulting in duplicate sends. This was resolved as of 05:59 PM UTC September 22, 2026. Our integration platform has increased storage capacity to prevent this from happening again.
